Engineering
The Engineering group participates in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional design, technical design, coding, and unit testing. Unlike other companies where developers are given frozen requirements and asked only to implement them, our smart developers participate and provide feedback into requirements and functionality design early in the cycle. Product Strategy & Management
The product strategy and management group guides Compiere's product portfolio. This group works with customers, prospects, analysts and all of our internal groups to help define product priorities and to identify new markets while perpetually enhancing existing offerings.
Platform & Tools
One of Compiere's competitive advantages in the business applications space is its Model-driven Application Platform. Customers and partners use the platform to rapidly customize existing applications or develop brand new ones. The Platform & Tools group works with technologies like GWT, Ajax, Flex, JEE, Web services and Lucene to make it even easier to develop and distribute applications on top of the Compiere platform.
Quality Assurance
On the Quality Assurance team you'll use all your strong background in QA and engineering to test the Compiere platform, user interface and business applications. You have the opportunity to be a top leader as long as you possess strong analysis and communication skills and are not afraid to express your ideas to guarantee the highest levels of quality.
Emerging Technologies
The Emerging Technologies team uses the latest technologies to re-define business applications. You will be one of our technology evangelists, ready to debate the merits of the latest frameworks and tools but equally good and proactive at executing once they're chosen. At Compiere, developers work with Java, Flex, Reporting Engines, SQL, HTML, CSS and even the good stuff that hasn't come out yet.
Information Technology
Compiere's Information technology group is responsible for the overall IT infrastructure that supports Compiere's operations. These include the data centers, hosted production instance, Compiere web store, Network, enterprise architecture, servers, desktops and security systems. The IT group ensures that all parts of Compiere are able to work at peak efficiency. In addition to helping with day to day tasks and maintaining already developed systems, you will leverage your own experience to choose, plan and deploy new technologies that will improve the productivity of all Compiere employees. You will also have a pivotal role in helping all the Compiere groups gain a perspective into IT systems and the needs of our internal and external customers.
Learning Management & Documentation Services
The Learning Management group is responsible for educating and inspring Customers and Business Partners on Compiere capabilities and best practices. The team creates product documentation, courseware and how-to guides. We are responsible for educating and generating interest in Compiere using a broad range of offerings including: eLearning, Instructor-led Training, Product Demos, and Documentation. This means that Learning Management team members get to work in an environment where creativity and new ideas are supported and encouraged.
Customer Support
The Customer Support group creates customer enthusiasm by addressing specific customer needs that help them use Compiere effectively. You'll learn about the breadth of Compiere product capabilities as you research, analyze and resolve customer requests. We are consummate professionals who are passionate about delivering high quality customer support and satisfaction.
Sales
Take responsibility for growing and delivering revenue through our partner channels around the world. Our Sales group offers a variety of rich experiences in channel management, direct sales, and sales engineering. Working in the Sales group at Compiere provides a compelling opportunity for Sales Professionals with a track record of exceeding quota in business solution sales.
Marketing
The Marketing group is responsible for strategic and tactical efforts aimed at accelerating global awareness and demand for Compiere business solutions. The group provides leadership in areas such as solutions marketing, business communication, sales lead generation programs, branding, media and analyst relations, and e-marketing.
Professional Services
Compiere has need of professional services consultants who help customers implement and use our product effectively. You could be gathering requirements, doing process reengineering and writing up requirements documents or functional specifications. Or you could take the lead in building custom modules that are closely integrated to Compiere. Either way, you'll be amazed by the exposure to new ways of doing things and will be pleasantly surprised by the ability of Compiere to quickly adapt to new requirements. You also have the flexibility to perform a lot of tasks not normally under the purview of professional services, such as training, pre-sales, internal testing and even product development.

Compiere headquarters is located in Redwood Shores, California, midway between San Jose and San Francisco. The region is known as one of the most desirable places in the world for education, weather, people, food, and of course, technology.
Our campus offers plenty of amenities to ensure your productivity and happiness. It has a great cafeteria and nicely-equipped gym. Our office is adjacent to the San Francisco Bay providing walkers, runners and cyclists with excellent trails and amazing views. We have plenty of parking and even a car wash to clean your car after long weekends in Tahoe, the wine country, or at the beach.
Noida, India
Located near the capital city of Delhi, our India development center is located in the technically elite city of Noida. The facility offers state of the art technical infrastructure, transportation systems and recreational activities.
