Compiere Closes Third Quarter with Continued Global Expansion and 195 Percent Growth

Growth affirms research indicating increased adoption of open source technology

Redwood Shores, Calif. – Oct. 7, 2008 – Compiere, Inc., the global leader in open source business solutions, this week closed a strong third quarter during which the company reports a 195 percent revenue growth for Q3 2008 compared to Q3 2007, as well as a 59 percent growth in subscribers. In addition, the company continued its global expansion by adding partners in North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific regions.

Compiere's success comes at a key time in the open source marketplace, as new survey results reveal many companies are evaluating and adopting open source technology. Don Klaiss, president and CEO, Compiere said, "As market demand continues to grow for open source business solutions throughout the global community, Compiere is more dedicated than ever to providing leadership and technical innovation. The disruptive cost of owning a comprehensive ERP and CRM solution is becoming more compelling to an expanding global market."
