Continuing with a dated mainframe application for managing pharmaceutical inventory was no longer an option for this 555-bed hospital in Belgium. Compiere Partner Audaxis worked with hospital staff to customize Compiere ERP systems to automate the procurement and materials management processes. After a three-month effort, the customized solution was operational and, for the first time, integrated with a range of internal accounting and cost management systems used by the hospital.
